I’m a writing enthusiast who enjoys creating action-adventure stories influenced by my childhood, which included farming and ranching, hauling hay by hand, raising colts and calves, pushed through the difficulties of breaking and training horses, and everything else that comes with hard living. As a teenager, I discovered a love for trail riding with large groups and traveling to rodeos with family.

I grew up enjoying western movies and stories. There’s no better inspiration for Western writers than the old west movies from actors like John Wayne, Alan Ladd, Roy Rogers, Henry Fonda, James Stuart, and others. These movies came with great plots, action heroes and love stories, leaving audiences longing for more. But what is often missing that I love to incorporate in my stories is Christian inspiration. Each of westerns will include a main character’s times of trouble and hardships and how they try to overcome with God on their side. All my stories are clean and shaped around a message of hope.

My former career choices was 27 years in the tire industry, where I continued those hard-working attributes I learned in my childhood. My wife and I live in Arkansas, and have two children and six grandchildren. We also sing and lead the praise team at our church.
